To sign up for our Ukulele (ADULT 19+) group classes on Mondays, located at 383 Huron St, please complete the following form and the registration payment by filling in your credit card details. Once complete, your card will be charged the September pro-rated fee ($31.25), and a receipt will be sent to you. (Instrument included in class fees)
